Ross is a recently retired Director/Executive with retail, trade, wholesale and manufacturing experience in both the corporate and private sectors.
He possesses sound strategic and risk analysis skills, and has extensive experience in business and team development and performance, business administration and governance.
Through his career Ross has represented companies and organisations on both professional and community based boards and committees. He also serves on a National NFP Board and is heavily involved in Rotary.

Robert Cameron | Vice-President
Robert has significant experience in the management of labour intensive businesses including over 8 years in operational and strategic roles with Skilled Group.
Robert has a Bachelor of Engineering, a Graduate Certificate in Change Management and an MBA from the Australian School of Business at UNSW.
Robert is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Gail Eaton-Briggs | Board Member
Gail Eaton-Briggs is the Principal of her own practice, Everywhen Solutions. Over 30 years, Gail has worked in local government and the Tasmanian Senior Executive Service as a results-driven executive-level leader.
Gail is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services) and a Masters of Public Administration.

Deb Lubbersen | Board Member
Deb commenced a career in accounting in 2009 following a 25 year career in health care as a registered nurse and midwife in the public, private and community sectors.
She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting alongside postgraduate nursing qualifications. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Deb works in health and maintains a strong interest in the impact of financial decisions on delivery of care and consumer outcomes.

Ms Kym Child | Board Member
Kym is a Senior Investigation Officer in the Tasmanian Office of Ombudsman and Health Complaints Commissioner. She holds qualifications as both a Lawyer and as a Registered Nurse.
Kym is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a member of TASCAT and sits on both the Guardianship Board and the Mental Health Tribunal. She is the consumer representative on the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Advisory Committee on Complementary Medicines. She has previously held positions as the consumer representative on the Tasmanian Pharmacy Authority and a lawyer on the University of Tasmania Human Research and Ethics Committee.
As a Registered Nurse, Kym has post graduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing and Paediatric Nursing. She has worked at management level and was previously a post graduate tutor at the University of Tasmania.
